Amankeda is an urban Medicine Woman and an Ordained Minister. Her practice includes hands-on healing, pranic and crystal healing, spiritual counseling and other life-enhancing therapies and ritual. The remarkable effect of her work has gained her international appreciation. She is considered the Healer’s Healer.

Amankeda was born with a "veil", the sign of a true seer/healer. Aside from her natural abilities she demonstrates a professionalism and a broad base of knowledge that comes only from years of research and studying academic and oral tradition.

She holds a BA in Sociology from U.C.L.A., where she also majored in Psychology and participated in the Women’s Studies program. She holds permanent membership in Alpha Gamma Sigma and she holds other medical and technical certifications.

She is a seasoned traveler who has earned the respect of other master healers, spiritual practitioners and shamans around the world. Her work has been enriched with the teachings of Native American shamanism, various African shamanic practices, sacred geometry and the Merkaba. She has studied the ancient mysteries of Kemet, in Egypt. In Jamaica, land of the occult, her internship lasted five years. Needless to say, the depth and power of her background takes her work as an independent ordained minister to another level.
